Founder of Sublime Life | Longevity Physician | Retreat Leader | Equine Experiential Guide
Rooted in Medicine. Elevated by Intention.
Dr. Kathryn Dundas is a board-certified medical doctor with a specialty in longevity medicine. She’s the founder of Sublime Life, a wellness and retreat company where science meets soul. Her work bridges evidence-based medicine, biohacking, and regenerative therapies with somatic practices, experiential reflection, and equine connection.
Through her full-time medical practice, Dr. Dundas helps patients extend both lifespan and healthspan using individualized, data-driven strategies. But in her retreats and equine work, she guides people to reconnect with presence, purpose, and the wild intelligence of the body.
Whether you’re in a clinic room or standing quietly in a pasture, the invitation is the same: slow down, get honest, and reconnect—to vitality, to clarity, and to yourself.

These biological responses are foundational to longevity medicine.
