Q: What should I wear?

A swimsuit or comfortable immersion attire. Towels and robes are provided.

Q: How long is the cold plunge itself?

Depending on experience and protocol, immersions typically last 1–3 minutes per round, with guided breathing throughout.

Q: Can I do a cold plunge and sauna in one session?
