Sublime Energy Spa Inc., operating as A Sublime Life (“we”, “us”, “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through asublimelife.ca (the “Site”), how we use it, and your choices. We handle personal information in accordance with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as applicable.

This policy covers the Site and online store. Health information collected in the course of clinical care is handled separately under the privacy notices provided by our clinic and applicable health information laws.

• Communications: messages you send through our contact forms, email or phone.
• Marketing preferences: whether you have subscribed to our emails or Circle Up community.
